Great example of how to use Google Wave. I really think it will eventually cannibalize on emails, but this is still ahead of us.
Google Wave is an example of a (very) good project management/communication platform, and your example is a living evidence that it does work.
I think that once Google releases the Extensions package to Mac users, it will turn into a more powerful tool.
